I wanted to copy my music from my aging classic iPod to my laptop, and downloaded TouchCopy 16 to do so (with a license, not the limited free version). While reading my files, my iPod started to have a grinding noise, and my laptop went dark. (The laptop was fine when I rebooted after disconnecting the iPod.) On the iPod screen, it showed the url for iPod support. The iPod isn't able to play, so I don't know if I've now lost all that data or if there's a way to still recoup it. Any ideas?
